I read a recent article that talked about @Toasterpup, the pet dog of Kevin Rose, former Digg owner.  The article was talking about how @Toasterpup has more Twitter followers than the Savannah Morning News.

Well, it about time that the Crazy Beagle put a little heat on him.  I am dedicating the next thirty days to surpassing @Toasterpup.  @Toasterpup, watch out, here comes the Sonic the Crazy Beagle!

Happy July 1, 2011.  We are at the half-way point of the year.

This year July has fiveFridays, five Saturdays, and five Sundays.  So that means this Crazy Beagle can do more running, barking, eating, and “business” than any other month.  Happy, happy, joy, joy!

This year there has been a high amount of storms, floods, and tornados.  Please keep in mind the victims of these disasters.  Please contribute whatever you can to make a difference for the people in the areas devastated by these disasters.

The Crazy Beagle wants to say that there is another group that is affected by these disasters.  It’s the pets in these areas.  Many times they are separated from their owners for various reasons.

You can make a difference by adopting the pets affected by the storms.  One group that does a great job across the country helping people adopt pets is Orphans of the Storms.  You can check out their services at http://www.orphansofthestorm.org/.  Take the time to check out their services and make a difference for these pets and for yourself and your family.
