Indiana Jones: Famous Dogs in Movies
The Crazy Beagle, while researching famous dogs in movies, found out that George Lucas created the character of Indiana Jones and he named the character after his pet Malamute dog, Indiana. The Crazy Beagle brings you the actual dialogue from the end of the movie, “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade:”
Sallah: Please, what does it always mean, this… this “Junior”?
Professor Henry Jones: That’s his name.
[points to himself]
Professor Henry Jones: Henry Jones…
[points to Indy]
Professor Henry Jones: …Junior.
Indiana Jones: I like “Indiana.”
Professor Henry Jones: We named the *dog* Indiana.
Marcus Brody: May we go home now, please?
Sallah: The dog?
[starts laughing]
Sallah: You are named after the dog? HA HA HA…!
Indiana Jones: I’ve got a lot of fond memories of that dog.
I am waiting for George Lucas to name one of his future movie characters after the Crazy Beagle. One can only hope. George Lucas look at the picture and eat your heart out.
XOXO. (smooches and licks)

The Crazy Beagle says Happy Mothers Day everyone! I hope all of you (animal and human) are having a wonderful mother’s day. Although, I do not know my real mother, I had a wonderful best friend who also acts as my mother. She washes my blankets, she bathes me, and makes sure I get a walk every night. If that’s not a mom, I don’t know what is.
