Yet another Planet of the Apes movie is upon us.  How many different ways can the story be told?  Well this Crazy Beagle thinks there is another way to tell the story.  Watch the following funny dog video to see what the true story should be.  This crazy beagle thinks it would be a blockbuster.

The Crazy Beagle understands there is discussion about debarking dogs. Unbelievable! Disgusting! Unacceptable!

Barking, howling, and making noise is what us dogs do. I must say, us beagles are the masters at making noise. Between howling and barking, we can drown out any other dog.

The following funny dog video is an example why us beagles need to be free to make noise. Enjoy!

This Crazy Beagle is happy that “grandpa” Sonic has come for a visit! What a treat for this beagle.  He arrived today and this old dog is extremely happy because I get to do the following:

• Get extra dog treats
• Go for an extra walk
• Get my “sleeping” chair back
• Get pizza crust from Papa John’s (the pizza never had a chance)
• Get extra petting and rubbing
• …and much, much, more!

This beagle can’t wait for what else to happen. But first I must catch up on my beauty nap.  Did this crazy beagle say he was happy!

If only this crazy beagle could father some lovely beagle puppies. But since I was snipped a while ago, I can only enjoy watching beagle puppies play on the following videos. Enjoy!

It is one hot day today. The temperature is going up to 100 degrees today with a heat index of 119 degrees. That is one heatwave. I guess that is why they call July and August the Dog Days of summers. But don’t blame us dogs for this heat.

Please apply the following precautions against heat stroke, dehydration, and other heat related challenges:

• Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your time outdoor. Drinking soda will not hydrate you the way good old water will.
• Minimize your time in direct sunlight. If you must be in the sunlight, put on sunscreen, where a hat, and put on sunglasses.
• Save the exercising for evening and morning when it is cooler.
