March 30th is “Happy Grass is Always Browner on the Other Side of the Fence Day!” This holiday reminds me of when I need to “do my business” and my fellow dog neighbors are on the other side of the fence taking care of “their business.” There are two of them versus one of me. Well, needless to say, the grass is browner on their side of the fence. But this is only for a short time.

The crazy beagle says enjoy “Grass is Always Browner on the Other Side of the Fence Day!” My dogs, it may be brown now but it will turn green eventually.

 A dog has long been a man’s best friend. This is the part two from an article that was printed in The Field – the magazine devoted to the hunting, shooting, fishing fraternity – suggesting one hundred reasons why dogs are better than women. Let the dog wars continue! The following are the next ten reasons why dogs may be a women’s best friend:

1. A dog is far less irritation to have in the back seat of a car……and will be less likely to show its rear end to the people in the vehicle behind for a laugh.
2. Elizabeth Hurley has a faithful dog whom she loves dearly.
3. If a dog says sausages, that’s clever. If a man says sausages, that’s just greedy.
4. Dogs will wait patiently outside clothes shops……and not criticize your purchases afterwards.
5. A dog will fetch the morning paper for you.

7. Dogs don’t break wind in public and blame it on the man.
8. In the canine world, boxers are quite intelligent.
9. If a dog gets ill, it won’t take eighteen Panadols in order to avoid having to go to the vet.

The University of Connecticut Huskies women’s basketball team defeated the Georgetown Hoyas, 68-63. It was a dog fight where as the UCONN Huskies was behind (Dogs don’t like to be behind other dogs. We don’t like the view.) and pulled out a come from behind victory over the Georgetown Hoyas. The crazy beagle enjoyed watching the game as they were scratching and fighting to see which dog would be left standing.

The crazy beagle thought it was a great game and teams. Go UConn Huskies, both the men’s and women’s teams in the NCAA Basketball Tournament!
