Hooray, The Little Gal is Back!
I am so excited! The little gal is home from college for the weekend. It is also her birthday. I am so happy. However, when she first came in at midnight, she walks into the house with a Dachshund. I felt betrayed. How could she be with another dog when I waited patiently for her to return?
It turns out that the Dachshund was lost and the little gal took him in until she could find the owner. The big guy in the house saw the owner calling for the dog at night and let her know we found her. She mentioned that this was the third time her Dachshund escaped this week as she had the cell phone to her ear.
I think the Dachshund owner should pay a little less attention to her cell phone and more time keeping her Dachshund secured. Keep her dog at home and don’t mess up my situation with the little gal.
Happy International Day of Peace Day!
Today is International Day of Peace! With so much war and conflict around, this is the perfect time to reflect on how we can make our world more peaceful and better place.
So on International Day of Peace Day, Sonic the Crazy Beagle, will reach across the road and extend a paw of peace to the cats in the world. I challenge us dogs and beagles to promise no chasing and barking at cats today. You can even listen to the famous song, “Peace Train,” performed by “Cat” Stevens. Now, how is that for commitment? That’s how committed I am to the International Day of Peace. Enjoy!

Well, I thought I would be hiding in the laundry room while the hurricane is shakin’ the house and the tide would be arisin’. However, for us, Hurricane Earl was more bark than bite. By the time the afternoon rolled around, it was sunny and warm
